Sovereign Touch Bodywork
A gentle, intuitive approach to tending the body’s deeper layers — supporting the nervous system, softening pelvic tension, and inviting spaciousness, grounding, and reconnection. This work honors the body as sovereign, wise, and capable of healing.
Sessions may include:
Craniosacral therapy — subtle, restorative touch to support the cranial and sacral rhythms, ease tension, and regulate the nervous system.
TMJ release massage — intra‑oral and external techniques to soften jaw holding patterns, support alignment, and relieve stress stored in the face and neck.
Breast work — respectful, therapeutic touch to support lymphatic flow, release congestion, and nurture connection with the chest and heart space.
Belly work — gentle abdominal massage to support digestion, emotional unwinding, and deeper pelvic spaciousness.
$150 / 90‑minute session
These sessions are not one‑size‑fits‑all treatments — they are relational rituals. We begin with a conversation to explore what kind of touch, pace, and intention feels aligned for you.

About Whitney
Whitney Buckendorf
Birthworker & Birth Justice Advocate
Whitney came to birthwork through the path of social work, bringing with her a deep commitment to justice, relationship, and care. She became a doula during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when many birthing people had to labor without the presence of their partners or loved ones. In response, Whitney launched her practice to offer grounded, affirming support in a moment of profound need.
Today, Whitney draws on a wide spectrum of skills—including birth and postpartum support, herbal nourishment, placenta encapsulation, training and education, policy advocacy, and birth assisting. Whitney’s work is rooted in the belief that empowered birth is not only transformative on an individual level—it is also foundational to building a more liberated world.
